Return Policies
Refunds will be offered on all products returned within 30 days in the same condition they were delivered.  After 30 days there will be a 20% restocking fee.  After 45 days no returns will be accepted.  You are responsible for shipping charges on returned products. 

Privacy
Your privacy is a high priority to us.  We will never share your name, mailing address, e-mail address or phone number with another party.  Additionally, any personal information you provide us will be held strictly confidential.  Our site uses encryption and security measures, so your personal information is always protected.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS whenever possible.  If UPS service is not available in your area, your package will be shipped automatically via standard USPS mail.

Customer Service Guarantee
Many online retailers offer poor online customer service.  We pride our self on our services to our customers.  We will do everything in our power to give you the best quality service and value on the internet.  If you are not 100% satisfied in anyway with our products or services, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover.  All orders are encrypted and secure.  If you don’t feel comfortable submitting credit card information through our secure servers, then use our printable order form to fax or mail your order.
